This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assess applications for the Robertson Scholars program based on set criteria.

• Facilitate interviews with candidates applying for the scholarship.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain consistency and fairness in the selection process.

• Use online platforms to organize application materials and manage interview logistics.

• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of the selection procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is typically required.

• Background in admissions, college counseling, human resources, recruiting, or leadership development is preferred.

• Proficient reading and writing abilities are essential.

• Knowledge of online software platforms is necessary.

• A graduate degree is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in scholarship selection or conducting interviews is advantageous.

• Must be a resident of North Carolina.

• This position does not qualify as a supplemental role for full-time employees of Duke University.
