This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Ensure all environments are effectively managed and maintained to comply with service level agreements.
• Administer and oversee Oracle Fusion applications and databases.
• Implement security protocols and access controls.
• Support change management and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Proactively monitor and maintain both Linux and/or Windows system environments.
• Provide timely technical assistance and document configurations to support operational processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to guarantee optimal operations and uptime of application environments.
• Analyze system performance and suggest enhancements.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with third-party vendors.
• Research and propose innovative and automated solutions for system administration tasks.
• Quickly resolve issues and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Recommend, schedule, and execute improvements, patches, and reconfigurations.
• Develop, document, and uphold policies, procedures, and training plans related to system administration.
• Provide backup administrative support to team members.
• Offer after-hours support as needed.
• Administer various platforms including Microsoft SaaS, Atlassian SaaS, Oracle Fusion and ORMB, Dynamics D365, Nintex/K2, SmartConnect, Linux and Oracle technology stacks, Automic, Informatica, Qlik, Crystal, nPrint, privacy analytics, and data cataloging platforms.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in Application and Server Administration is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience is required.
• Preferred 5 years’ experience in Application and Server Administration.
• Practical technical experience in server maintenance is essential.
• Enterprise Windows Administration experience, including Certificate Services, Web Services, Provisioning, and Security.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks is important.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting is necessary.
• Technical understanding of networks, PCs, Windows, and Red Hat operating systems is required.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, object-oriented programming, HTML5, and CSS is needed.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of SQL and database scripting concepts is essential.
• Familiarity with release automation processes is required.
• Knowledge of application support methodologies for M365, Dynamics Cloud applications, Great Plains, Atlassian Suite, Informatica, Automic, QlikView, QlikSense, Alation, and Qlik Replicate.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Understanding of relevant data privacy practices and laws, including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.
