This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Assist in the administration and consolidation of both annual and ad hoc data requests for federal innovation.
β’ Manage program-office digital documents and records throughout the yearly cycle.
β’ Create and uphold participant lists, calendars, contact directories, meeting invitations, agendas, minutes, action items, and correspondence.
β’ Organize meetings and coordinate logistics with client organizations, cross-functional teams, contractors, and senior leadership.
β’ Oversee Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the client intranet, and authorized records repositories following established naming conventions and filing systems.
β’ Monitor deadlines, approvals, deliverables, property, onboarding tasks, and follow-up items; promptly escalate risks or overdue actions.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative/program support.
β’ Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
β’ Capability to handle sensitive information, manage competing priorities, maintain detailed records, and coordinate senior-level schedules.
β’ Excellent written communication, organizational, customer service, and proofreading abilities.
β’ Must satisfy security eligibility requirements.
