This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise daily administrative functions and support services to guarantee efficient organizational performance.
• Oversee office administration tasks, which include records management, correspondence, document control, and reception services.
• Organize payroll, travel arrangements, conference planning, and employee support activities.
• Manage procurement, inventory, distribution, and accountability of supplies, equipment, and organizational assets.
• Create, implement, and uphold administrative policies, procedures, and process enhancements.
• Coordinate mail services, data processing, telecommunications, as well as printing and reproduction activities.
• Monitor administrative budgets, expenditures, and resource usage.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and recordkeeping standards.
• Act as a liaison between departments for effective communication, resource coordination, and operational assistance.
• Manage property operations, including acquisition, storage, disposition, and disposal of surplus assets.
• Evaluate administrative processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and service delivery.
• Generate reports, maintain operational records, and provide support to leadership as necessary.
• Coordinate workplace services and facilities-related tasks.
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to obtain the necessary clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in administrative management, business operations, finance, office management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in coordinating administrative functions, operational support services, or business processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Preferred: experience in managing administrative operations within a government or corporate setting.
• Preferred: knowledge of records management, procurement practices, budget tracking, and property accountability.
• Preferred: experience in coordinating travel, meetings, conferences, and related logistics.
• Preferred: supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or administrative management software.
