This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the daily operations of the fully online Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program.
β’ Develop yearly DMSc block schedules and academic degree frameworks.
β’ Organize faculty schedules and prepare, execute, and monitor contracts and payments for adjunct faculty.
β’ Assist in budget planning, forecasting, expenditure tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining a balanced budget.
β’ Offer administrative support that includes budget monitoring, textbook procurement, and remote-work assistance.
β’ Coordinate, ship materials for, and participate in annual recruitment events.
β’ Collaborate with Online Admissions throughout the application process and extend admission offers.
β’ Manage logistics for the annual DMSc graduation awards reception and ceremony.
β’ Ensure the confidentiality and security of records in compliance with FERPA and university policies.
β’ Support student academic development through advising, monitoring attendance and probation, maintaining academic records, crafting remediation plans, and collaborating with campus departments.
β’ Provide functional guidance for adjunct faculty, including onboarding, scheduling, contracting, and ongoing assistance.
β’ Act as a liaison with university departments and offices that support the DMSc program.
β’ Assist with the preparation of reports, faculty evaluations, self-studies, continuous improvement initiatives, funding, and HLC accreditation processes.
β’ Update catalog details, marketing materials, and the DMSc website.
β’ Schedule online information sessions and virtual open houses; manage the website's schedule and RSVP form.
β’ Coordinate recruitment and lead generation efforts with Online Admissions and the Communications & Marketing team.
β’ Dispatch new student offers and onboarding information.
β’ Update and facilitate the Canvas New Student Orientation course.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
β’ Bachelor's degree required in business administration, education, healthcare administration, communication, or a related field.
β’ Four-year college degree necessary.
β’ Master's degree preferred.
β’ Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
β’ At least 2 years of administrative, operational, or program management experience in higher education, ideally in an online program.
β’ 1 year of preferred leadership experience in higher education.
β’ 1 year of preferred experience in the recruitment/admission of doctoral candidates.
β’ Preferred 1 year of experience with Canvas LMS.
β’ Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
β’ Willingness to travel 3β4 times per year.
β’ Ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of student, applicant, and personnel records in line with FERPA and university policy.
