This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Coordinate, place, and monitor shipping requests for evaluation equipment, ensuring timely delivery and return of devices.
• Establish and update customer organizations within internal systems, ensuring the accuracy of customer and organizational data.
• Assist in setting up customer organizations with SOC, ensuring all necessary administrative and technical steps are accurately completed.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Sales and technical teams during customer evaluations.
• Compile evaluation wrap-up reports that include key activities, outcomes, customer requirements, equipment status, and subsequent steps.
• Deliver comprehensive handover documentation for CIC.
• Remove devices from customer organizations and transfer them to the appropriate holding organization for deactivation.
• Oversee evaluation equipment, maintain precise tracking records, and ensure all equipment is returned and accounted for.
• Aid Sales with the administrative and operational components of customer evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, SOC, CIC, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service within a retail or similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in coordinating logistics, shipping, inventory, or equipment tracking processes.
• Capability to learn and navigate through technical systems, databases, and customer management platforms.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records and preparing customer-facing reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other business units.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple customer evaluations and competing deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems, asset management tools, or customer management platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with connected devices, hardware evaluations, SaaS platforms, telecommunications, industrial technology, or IoT solutions is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
