This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist customers with essential administrative tasks from the initial stages of business development to Customer Success.
• Oversee the quotation process.
• Translate production specifications into precise calculations and transparent proposals for customers.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow effectively.
• Handle invoicing, dunning processes, as well as accounts receivable and payable management.
• Serve as the administrative point of contact between Sales and Production, including direct communication with customers.
• Oversee the administrative onboarding of customers.
• Ensure a seamless transition of customers to Production.
• Organize and continuously enhance administrative processes and workflows.
• Automate straightforward tasks from day one.
• Must have a registered residence in Germany.
• A cover letter is required in German.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• A solid foundation in commercial or business administration is preferred; a university degree is not mandatory.
• Competent use of the internet and Chrome is necessary; familiarity with Firefox and Internet Explorer is a plus.
• Experience with or knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite) is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of balance sheets and profit and loss statements is required.
• Knowledge of the distinction between gross margin and gross profit is important.
• Capability to verify calculations using basic rule-of-three methods.
• Dependability, quick understanding, and a strong desire and ability to learn are essential.
• Openness to questioning and continuously improving processes is necessary.
• Excellent command of English with impeccable writing skills is a must.
• Willingness to pursue further training and embrace additional challenges.
• An AI-first work ethic and methodology are preferred.
• A suitable workspace for remote work is required.
