This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate with the Associate Director of SRM Operations to address team requirements and needs.
β’ Process consultant agreements and oversee related invoices.
β’ Offer administrative assistance to SRM leadership, including organizing meetings, planning conference room usage, scheduling, limited travel support, and preparing or processing expenses.
β’ Maintain operational trackers, timelines, and follow-ups.
β’ Compile, format, and conduct quality checks on information, metrics, and data for reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
β’ Manage SharePoint channels, shared folders, templates, team records, onboarding materials, and version-controlled documents.
β’ Oversee team distribution lists, Teams/SharePoint channels, calendars, announcements, and standard communication tools.
β’ Lead the onboarding process for new employees within SRM.
β’ Perform administrative and special project tasks as assigned.
β’ Provide administrative surge support for SRM as time permits.
β’ Operate under the guidance of an Associate Director, gradually taking on more independent responsibilities.
β’ Associate's Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration or a Related Field.
β’ Over 3 years of relevant experience in supporting team operations.
β’ Experience in a matrixed environment is advantageous.
β’ Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
β’ Capability to manage competing requests, clarify priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and execute tasks accurately in a dynamic, matrixed setting.
β’ Proficient in providing responses to requests for general information.
β’ Skilled in accurately recording and documenting information.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.
β’ Proficient in identifying, defining, and resolving non-standard issues using operational procedures, practices, and established precedents.
β’ Capable of resolving recurring issues and unique situations.
β’ Ability to foresee problems and formulate recommendations for management resolution.
β’ Must adhere to FHI 360βs safeguarding commitment and sign the code of conduct.
β’ Subject to reference checks, criminal record checks, terrorism finance, and misconduct disclosure screening.
β’ 7% of monthly base pay contributed to a money purchase pension plan account.
