This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to program leadership and staff.
• Coordinate and manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and respond to routine inquiries and communications promptly and professionally.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking activities, and reporting on status.
• Support meeting planning, logistics, agendas, and follow-up activities.
• Process and organize information, documents, and records to bolster business operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient program operations.
• Assist in records management and documentation maintenance efforts.
• Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience in providing administrative, office, program, or operational support.
• Experience in preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, and administrative documents.
• Familiarity with managing schedules, records, files, or other administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience in supporting meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with daily office operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
