Administrative Analyst (Mid-Level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute administrative and operational tasks for the Business Division, ensuring organization, control, and timely completion of deliverables;

• Act as the main point of contact for managing Commercial Policies, aiding in their development and review while ensuring compliance with established workflows and guidelines;

• Oversee the Division’s budgeting process and budget allocation controls, consolidating information and preparing analyses to guarantee data reliability and visibility;

• Assist in managing departmental projects and initiatives by tracking schedules, deliverables, and necessary alignments;

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement within your responsibilities, suggest modifications, and contribute to the standardization of processes and activities;

• Aid in the design, updating, and automation of the department’s controls, reports, and databases to streamline routine activities;

• Serve as a liaison among teams, promoting communication and the flow of information between the Business Division teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines;

• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas;

• Experience in mapping and refining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity;

• Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, and KPI analysis is advantageous;

• Knowledge of process automation tools, such as Power Automate, SQL, Python, or R, is a plus;

• Background in commercial operations, billing, inventory management, and/or serving public-sector markets is beneficial;

• Understanding of business rules, compliance, audits, and commercial policies.
