This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Take charge of the daily management, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the CLM platform as the principal business owner.
• Create, develop, and sustain CLM workflows, intake forms, contract workflows, approval processes, and escalation pathways.
• Set up and oversee dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track contract status, risk exposure, cycle times, and obligations.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for Contract Management tools.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Legal to develop, maintain, and improve AI-enabled playbooks, clause guidance, and fallback positions.
• Implement and oversee obligation tracking, alerts, and monitoring for post-signature compliance.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and auditability of the contract repository and database.
• Facilitate adherence to Contract Management processes for GRPS contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for CLM system issues, enhancements, and change requests.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors as necessary.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in law, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in administering or working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, or reports is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with structured processes, risk frameworks, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and/or SFDC is highly advantageous.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Collaborative work approach with the ability to foster strategic relationships.
