This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support for inquiries related to home internet services.

• Address questions regarding landline services, plan changes, or service installations.

• Participate in a remote training program lasting 21 days.

• Manage the morning shift of 8 hours plus a 1-hour break.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education completed.

• Customer service experience regarding home internet, landline services, plan changes, or service installations.

• Availability for the morning shift: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM.

• Willingness to work on a rotating break schedule.

• Availability for training from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, including a 1-hour break.
