Adjunct Faculty – Integrated Cost and Schedule Control

📋 Description

• Engage learners in a flexible and inclusive educational setting by offering guidance and resources within a pre-established online course.

• Deliver instruction, constructive feedback, and experiential learning opportunities to assist students in reaching their educational and professional objectives.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within designated timeframes and proactively reach out to those requiring additional assistance.

• Understand student needs holistically and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Foster participation, collaboration, and strong relationships between faculty and students.

• Stay updated in the field of expertise and share relevant experiences and supplementary materials.

• Simplify complex topics for better accessibility.

• Assess student submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback within set deadlines.

• Facilitate online discussions and create an inclusive, engaging, and respectful atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Management Science, or an MBA with CAPM/PMP and 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in project management.

• Availability to work in any US state except California.
