This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Lead and facilitate impactful learning experiences that meet course objectives within the curriculum.
β’ Support all aspects of the educational environment.
β’ Deliver learning-centered instruction that equips graduates to meet the evolving demands of the marketplace.

β’ Enhance the reputation of academic programs, departments, and institutions.
β’ Offer competency-based education that aligns with the South University curriculum framework and delivery approach.
β’ Develop and implement class instruction through instructional plans, course activities, and approved lesson delivery methods.
β’ Set student performance standards and assess learning outcomes and achievement of exit competencies.
β’ Create classroom settings that promote learning and encourage student participation.
β’ Encourage student success through adaptable teaching styles and schedules, as well as engagement in the learning process.
β’ Keep precise records, submit grades and reports punctually, and uphold academic and attendance policies.
β’ Engage in curriculum and system task forces, campus orientation and graduation ceremonies, workshops, and meetings.
β’ Maintain professional and technical competencies, integrating industry insights, trends, and opportunities into coursework.
β’ A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is required.
β’ One to five years of experience in teaching or formal education, ideally within a post-secondary or collegiate setting.
β’ Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is highly preferred.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to establish successful relationships with student demographics.
β’ Excellent conflict resolution skills.
β’ Proven time management and attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in computer-based skills, including software usage, analytical capabilities, and report writing.
β’ Ability to hold mandatory office hours and respond to student inquiries and administrative requests within designated timelines.
β’ Openness to working in an accelerated learning format, interacting with students online five out of seven days each online week.
β’ Willingness to participate in meetings as required by the department.
β’ Preferred membership in a professional association relevant to the field of instruction.
