Adjunct Faculty – Foundations in PK-12 and Higher Education Policy – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver program instruction through an online platform.

• Integrate innovative teaching methods, advanced technologies, and current industry trends.

• Provide students with essential skills necessary for success.

• Facilitate engaging discussions within the classroom environment.

• Evaluate and monitor student performance.

• Prepare students to excel as leaders in their selected fields.

• Manage weekly primary discussion forums in the online classroom.

• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and schedules.

• Address students’ inquiries and emails within specified timeframes.

• Uphold the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: Master’s degree in Education Policy, Public Administration, Public Policy, or a related discipline AND two areas of outstanding expertise.

• Prior coursework and professional experience in government, non-profit management, or educational policy administration are preferred.

• Preferred: Doctorate in Education Policy, Public Administration, or Public Policy.
