This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead weekly primary discussion forums to actively engage students in the online learning environment.

• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and schedules.

• Address students’ inquiries and emails within the specified timeframes.

• Serve as a positive role model for students by endorsing the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and the Mission of Grand Canyon University.

• Instruct the Faith-Inspired Leadership in Property Management course for Grand Canyon University’s online platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: PhD/DBA in Management or a Doctorate in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in corporate or residential property management.

• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), CPM-IREM, or other equivalent professional qualifications in property management.

• Minimum: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with at least 3 years of experience in commercial or residential property management.

• Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

• Include unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees.

• Provide any relevant licenses or certifications.
