Adjunct Faculty, Data-Driven Literacy Assessment – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver program instruction through an online platform

• Utilize innovative teaching strategies, the latest technologies, and current industry trends

• Equip learners with essential skills

• Facilitate engaging classroom discussions

• Evaluate student performance

• Prepare students to excel as leaders in their respective fields

• Manage weekly primary discussion forums in the online classroom

• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and schedules

• Address students’ inquiries and emails within set time limits

• Uphold the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and the Mission of Grand Canyon University

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Literacy, Reading, or a related field

• A valid state teaching certification with a reading endorsement or a reading specialist certificate

• Two areas of specialized expertise

• At least five years of experience as a K-12 educator

• Preferred: Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Leadership, Elementary Education, Learning and Teaching, Teaching Innovation, Literacy, Reading, or a related field

• Valid state teacher certification
