Adjunct Faculty – AWS Cloud, Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct the Mastering the AWS Cloud (CMIT 426) course in a remote format.

• Teach AWS services related to computing, networking, storage, and databases.

• Assist students in developing secure and dependable applications within the AWS cloud framework.

• Help students determine suitable AWS services that align with their organizational technical needs.

• Foster student engagement through regular interaction.

• Encourage collaborative learning and practical application through problem-based and project-based demonstrations.

• Offer consistent, constructive feedback and evaluate student assignments using established rubrics.

• Exhibit expertise in the subject matter and integrate concepts throughout the academic curriculum.

• Provide insights to the program chair regarding potential improvements to the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Professional experience in Computer Networking and Security.

• Teaching experience with adult learners in online and higher education settings is highly preferred.

• A current resume or curriculum vitae.

• A cover letter is strongly encouraged.

• Candidates with international degrees may need to provide translations or evaluations from NACES-approved agencies.
