This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional instruction utilizing a pre-established curriculum
• Guide doctoral learners and engage in doctoral committees
• Offer constructive feedback and assist learners in achieving successful completions
• Be reachable within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and in the courseroom
• Travel within the United States to attend doctoral residencies
• Leverage the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience
• Set high expectations and ensure learners comprehend evaluation criteria
• Comply with University policies and procedures
• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and mandatory training sessions
• Engage in additional activities as per university requirements
• Teach asynchronous 10-week GuidedPath courses, including grading and preparation during inter-quarter periods
• Experience in online teaching is mandatory
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level
• Research, scholarship, or notable achievements in the discipline required for graduate-level roles
• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and supervising research in the discipline is essential
• A Doctorate degree in psychology is required
• All degrees must be awarded and originate from a regionally accredited institution
• Submission of required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees is necessary
• Proven expertise in academic evaluation
• Strong oral presentation skills, along with planning and organizing course objectives
• Excellent skills in both oral and written communication
• Familiarity with academic technology is essential
• Strong proficiency in computer skills
• Capacity to manage potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the US should business needs arise
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
• Access to a computer, privacy, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing capabilities in a remote setting
• Ability to fulfill critical-thinking and problem-solving requirements associated with job responsibilities
• Flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs demand it
