This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Oversee endpoint adjudication projects for clinical trials while complying with ICON's SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations.
• Execute projects in line with contracts, established timelines, and study budgets.
• Recognize activities outside the project scope and initiate budget change orders and contract modifications.
• Conduct project finance reporting.
• Participate in and present at Investigator Meetings, Client Kick-Off Meetings, and other client engagements.
• Carry out user acceptance testing for the electronic endpoint adjudication system.
• Ensure the study team receives appropriate study-specific training.
• Create and maintain trial documentation, which includes charters, procedural manuals, site manuals, adjudication forms, communication plans, system requirement specifications, data transfer specifications, and committee training manuals.
• Act as the main study contact for clients and both internal and external study teams.
• Lead internal DMC and endpoint adjudication processing teams.
• Develop and oversee DMC and endpoint adjudication processing workflows.
• Facilitate the creation of project reports and distribute them to the study team.
• Implement quality control measures for adjudication processes and results as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in clinical research, preferably in adjudication, clinical trial project management, or study management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
• Preferred experience in endpoint adjudication, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
