This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Serve as a reliable consultant, showcasing extensive knowledge of products and services.
• Identify and chase new sales prospects within the architecture and design industry.
• Present, educate, and motivate designers through product knowledge sessions, lunch-and-learns, design and development meetings, CEU presentations, industry events, and social media platforms.
• Enhance project win rates by adhering to the New Development business process.
• Collaborate with New Development team members throughout all phases of the project, from initiation to completion.
• Build and manage a project opportunity pipeline aimed at securing product specifications for new development multifamily projects.
• Cultivate product expertise and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend client challenges and goals, crafting tailored proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, logistics, architects, and designers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, manage pipeline status, and prepare reports and forecasts.
• Utilize Caesarstone systems and third-party tools to discover new project leads.
• Engage in extensive travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others.
• Proven history in B2B sales, particularly within architectural or design-related sectors.
• Strong grasp of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Capable of developing and delivering presentations, as well as creating, composing, and editing written materials.
• Established record of sales success in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Competent in translating client needs into effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be open to travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel.
• Proficient in using desktop computers and peripherals, requiring manual dexterity.
• Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
