This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by showcasing expertise in products and services.
• Identify and seek out new sales opportunities within the architecture and design industry.
• Deliver innovative product solutions that align with client requirements, design trends, applications, and budgets.
• Facilitate product knowledge meetings, lunch-and-learns, design and development meetings, CEU presentations, company and industry events, and social media initiatives.
• Enhance project win rates by adhering to the New Development business process.
• Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of project opportunities aimed at securing product specifications for new development multifamily projects.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and advantages.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend client challenges and goals.
• Work with internal teams to craft customized proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies.
• Provide market insights to management to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
• Represent Caesarstone at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Utilize Caesarstone systems and external tools to identify new project leads.
• Engage with existing and potential clients through extensive regional travel.
• Be available for occasional weekends and overnight trips for customer meetings or events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven ability to persuade and influence others.
• Established track record in B2B sales, particularly within architectural or design-related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Ability to create and present engaging presentations, as well as compose and edit written materials effectively.
• Proven history of success in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Capacity to translate client needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and flexibility to work a schedule that includes occasional overnight travel.
• Competence in using desktop computers and peripherals, requiring manual dexterity.
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
• Must reside in the San Francisco or Seattle area.
• Capacity to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.
