This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Serve as a trusted consultant by showcasing comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
• Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the architecture and design industry.
• Offer innovative product solutions that meet client needs, design specifications, application requirements, and budget constraints.
• Present, educate, and motivate designers through product meetings, lunch-and-learns, design and development sessions, CEU presentations, company and industry events, and social media platforms.
• Enhance project success rates by adhering to the New Development business process.
• Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Create and manage a project opportunity pipeline aimed at securing product specifications for new multifamily development projects.
• Gain product knowledge and clearly communicate product features and advantages.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to comprehend client challenges and objectives.
• Work alongside internal teams to formulate tailored proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies.
• Provide market insights to management to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
• Represent Caesarstone at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Utilize Caesarstone systems and third-party tools to pinpoint project leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales success with a strong ability to persuade and influence others.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in architectural or design-related fields.
• Solid understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations, as well as compose and edit written materials.
• Proven success in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented; able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule with occasional overnight travel.
• Competence in using desktop computers and peripherals, which may require manual dexterity.
• Availability for occasional weekend and overnight trips.
• Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
