This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultative expert in wound healing and the primary liaison for hospital decision makers in wound care.

• Advise clinicians on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.

• Participate in procedures and placements within hospital care environments.

• Drive business growth by achieving sales targets, managing accounts, and overseeing territory operations.

• Identify and address financial and clinical priorities for customers.

• Provide education to clinicians through in-service training sessions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with both clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Leverage clinical and economic evidence to enhance therapy adoption and facilitate the introduction of advanced solutions and new products.

• Convince stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products.

• Offer customer support and service assistance.

• Complete the sales training program and demonstrate competence.

• Utilize company software for planning, managing the sales pipeline, and tracking utilization.

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must successfully undergo a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility in accordance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May require licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• Anticipate up to 20% overnight travel.
