Acumatica Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan projects by collaborating with the Sales Representative and Project Lead to understand the order.

• Establish key deliverables for customers and participate in customer kick-off meetings.

• Recognize commercial discrepancies and comprehend customer resource limitations.

• Collaborate with the Resource Lead to coordinate resource planning.

• Set up organizational parameters, chart of accounts, and financial and operational workflows.

• Configure financial and operational modules, including distribution, project accounting, field services, and manufacturing.

• Perform gap analysis and prepare alternatives involving custom reporting, advanced configuration, or software development.

• Revise project plans and keep the Project Manager updated on progress, gaps, and commercial alternatives.

• Set up security, roles, access, data-load mapping, stationery, reporting, and integrations.

• Execute sample data loads for training and testing purposes.

• Organize and conduct training sessions, as well as support the creation of test plans.

• Provide support during the go-live phase and assist with post-go-live exception reviews.

• Offer support coverage beyond project-related work.

• Document support cases, troubleshooting procedures, and outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to address complex issues and enhance product performance.

• Continuously enhance product knowledge and offer precise guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the Acumatica environment or similar cloud-based ERP systems.

• Relevant knowledge of business processes associated with ERP systems.

• Experience in project delivery and methodology.

• Background in customer management.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

• Ability to stay overnight when required.

• Capability to participate in in-person team meetings as necessary.

• Availability for pre-approved evening and weekend work as needed.
