This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients through personalized appointments.

• Conduct virtual webinars, record sessions, and provide daily live market updates.

• Advocate for and inform clients about Fidelity’s Brokerage services, which include Fidelity Trader and various web, desktop, and mobile tools.

• Showcase and implement the Fidelity Brokerage Value Proposition to enhance customer loyalty.

• Recognize and explore opportunities for business expansion within the brokerage sector.

• Participate in and represent Fidelity at industry events such as trade shows, trade discussions, trader summits, podcasts, webinars, YouTube/Reddit, and similar platforms.

• Continuously build and sustain knowledge regarding equity and option strategies, fundamental and technical analysis, current news and market developments, volatility, position management, and advanced option techniques.

• Engage clients in in-depth trading strategy conversations as a member of the Trading Strategy Desk team.

⛳️ Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory.

• 5–10 years of experience in trading brokerage is required.

• A college degree is necessary.

• CMT (Chartered Market Technician), CFA, or CFP designations are preferred, or candidates must begin pursuing a designation within 3 months of employment.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, communication, and presentation abilities are essential.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in equities, options, ETFs, technical and fundamental analysis, volatility, and market mechanics.

• Familiarity with option Greeks is necessary.

• Confidence in public speaking to large groups is required.

• A commitment to assisting clients in becoming more knowledgeable traders and expanding the brokerage business is essential.

• A solid grasp of statistics, including profitability and standard deviation, is important.

• Advanced organizational capabilities, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required.
