This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Chart the member journey to foster ongoing engagement and re-engagement for inactive members.
• Develop communication strategies tailored to each stage of the member journey.
• Take ownership of the annual and quarterly engagement roadmap.
• Create behavior-driven member segmentation models.
• Oversee the member communication calendar in collaboration with marketing, care, product, and clinical teams.
• Assess and manage the current landscape of member touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery and Clinical leadership to establish the boundaries for marketing and clinical communications.
• Design logic for suppression, frequency capping, and quiet hours across various channels.
• Work alongside Product teams on campaign-oriented push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Consider eligibility files, communication guidelines from employers and health plans, benefits calendars, co-branding limitations, and communications from competing vendors.
• Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns using Braze.
• Craft copy and creative briefs while managing design, clinical, and legal review processes.
• Enhance the Braze instance, which includes event taxonomy, catalog, Connected Content, templates, preference center, deliverability, sender reputation, and Snowflake data contracts.
• Implement a formal testing program encompassing creative elements, channels, cadence, timing, incentives, and direct mail.
• Evaluate performance and create dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Present campaign outcomes, successes, failures, and necessary adjustments to Growth Marketing and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI management, TCPA, consent management, CAN-SPAM, and clinical review standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement marketing.
• Proficient in Braze, including multi-branch Canvas, behavioral triggers, Liquid personalization, and suppression logic.
• Experience across multiple channels, including email and at least one of SMS, push, or in-app.
• Proven ability in experimentation, including holdouts and interpreting null results.
• Ability to establish and define processes comfortably.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI management in marketing systems is strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the point solution ecosystem.
• Experience working alongside a human care team or clinical staff is highly preferred.
• Exposure to direct mail, print, or member webinars is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
