Acquisition Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance user journeys that drive high conversion rates across platforms like Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels.

• Recruit and oversee a network of regional creators, clippers, and community leaders.

• Develop commercial models focused on performance, utilizing CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare strategies.

• Leverage viral content toolkits to bolster creator networks.

• Own the complete user journey from start to finish.

• Conduct tests on landing pages and onboarding flows to decrease Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and optimize long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Implement server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping across organic channels.

• Ensure accurate growth attribution and safeguard budgets against low-quality or synthetic traffic.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to pilot innovative acquisition strategies.

• Stay ahead of regional trends within Southeast Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an Entrepreneurial Acquisition Manager.

• Capability to operate beyond conventional paid advertising networks.

• Familiarity with creator ecosystems, dark social platforms, and rapid experimentation.

• Proven experience in designing acquisition funnels across Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels.

• Background in recruiting and managing creators, clippers, and community leaders under performance-oriented commercial models (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare).

• Experience in testing landing pages and onboarding processes.

• Knowledge of server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping techniques.

• Ability to accurately attribute growth and protect budgets from low-quality or synthetic traffic.

• Experience in piloting new acquisition mechanisms like interactive mini-apps and stream overlays.

• Regional awareness of acquisition trends in Southeast Asia.
