📋 Description

• Conduct credit evaluations of Modal Carriers utilizing appropriate credit reporting agencies.

• Oversee credit risk management and the strike process for disconnected carriers.

• Handle accounts receivable and manage debt collection efforts.

• Engage with customers regarding their outstanding accounts and payments.

• Address and resolve customer disputes while meeting established KPIs.

• Ensure that collection activities are in line with relevant Australian legal regulations and debt collection practices.

• Record activities using Microsoft Office and MYOB.

• Adhere to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in credit assessment and B2B collections.

• Background in collections, customer service, sales, or call-center roles.

• Degree in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB.

• Familiarity with logistics support and port operations.

• Experience working with Australian clients.

• Capability to perform credit assessments using relevant credit reporting agencies.

• Understanding of credit risk and debt collection methodologies.

• Compliance with applicable Australian legal standards and debt collection practices.

• Adherence to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including relevant policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
