This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the daily Accounts Receivable operations for the AMER region, encompassing invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer account reconciliations.
• Validate supporting documentation to guarantee precise and timely billing.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address discrepancies.
• Address customer billing inquiries from AMER clients effectively.
• Maintain AR sub-ledgers by monitoring payments and investigating variances.
• Identify unapplied cash and adjustments that need resolution.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and AR reporting.
• Assist with audit and compliance requests by organizing and preserving documentation and records.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and automating AR processes.
• Report to the Accounts Receivable Operations Manager, Heidi.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with internal teams and external customers across various time zones.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to resolve billing issues and enhance receivables processes.
• Willingness to occasionally adjust working hours to align with EMEA business operations.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience within a technology or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with AR automation tools, billing platforms, or workflow systems.
• Previous experience supporting AMER-based teams and customers.
• Ability to work US timezone schedules or night shifts aligned with US business hours.
