This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve account issues for Brookdale clients and team members.
• Investigate and rectify billing discrepancies, disputes, cash applications, and other concerns through routine customer account audits.
• Supply clients and business partners with precise billing details while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Address account inquiries and escalate unresolved discrepancies as needed.
• Support the training of associates regarding Accounts Receivable policies, procedures, and the functionality of company platforms.
• Detect potential issues with customer accounts by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and queries.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a blended call center setting is essential.
• Experience in a multi-channel product environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with general accounts receivable concepts and systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, is necessary.
• Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• No specific certifications, licenses, or additional special requirements are needed.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
