Accounts Receivable, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Execute daily Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash functions in accordance with established guidelines.

• Monitor daily workload in line with operational procedures and agreed-upon priorities.

• Process and allocate customer payments, investigating any unapplied or unidentified transactions.

• Carry out direct debit transactions for customers.

• Reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and accounts.

• Keep track of open items, overdue balances, and aging reports.

• Manage requests for the creation and modification of master data.

• Accurately process sundry billing activities within specified timelines.

• Provide helpdesk assistance for OTC-related inquiries and operational challenges.

• Prepare and maintain reports related to OTC activities.

• Assist with month-end closing processes and related reporting tasks.

• Ensure precise SAP entries and adherence to internal controls and process requirements.

• Keep departmental procedures and process documentation current in line with any process changes.

• Contribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and backup support within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (OTC).

• Proficient in Spanish (at least B2 level).

• Good command of the English language.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and customers.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Collaborative team player.

• Capable of managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting established targets.

• Quick to learn new tasks.

• Preferred experience with MS Office and SAP (ERP).
