Accounts Receivable Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure that account and claim information is comprehensive and accurate.

• Provide prompt billing and optimal reimbursement for services rendered.

• Maximize the processing of patient bills without denials or errors.

• Guarantee that claims are accurate and comply with government regulations.

• Coordinate billing activities with registration and charge entry processes.

• Communicate and collaborate closely with insurance companies, government payers, hospital staff, physicians, patients, and others involved.

• Ensure timely billing and resolution of patient accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical accounts receivable.

• Experience in coding and billing is essential.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Alaska time.

• Capability to work 40 hours per week.
