Accounts Receivable Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage Microsoft Access databases and company resources to address Unapplied Cash and Payment on Account transactions.

• Precisely record customer payments from lockboxes, scanned remittances, EDI transactions, and various other payment methods.

• Manage and apply substantial customer payments, including transactions over $1 million across multiple branch locations.

• Examine and interpret customer and branch remittance details.

• Investigate accounts receivable balances, payment activities, and historical transaction records.

• Engage with branches and internal stakeholders through clear, comprehensive, and professional communication.

• Achieve set productivity and accuracy benchmarks, including monthly error-rate targets.

• Utilize the Master List, Power BI, Regional Search, and additional departmental reporting tools.

• Contribute to departmental goals through adaptable scheduling, overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Capability to analyze and interpret payment and remittance data.

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable or accounting principles is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to learn and adapt to company-specific systems and databases.

• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume production environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands dictate.
