This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages pertaining to billing and account inquiries.
• Collect payments for services from clients and ensure accurate application to their accounts.
• Follow up on overdue accounts through phone, text, and email communications.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and any payment-related issues.
• Identify concerns related to customer accounts, provide appropriate solutions, or escalate issues as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with managers, sales, and operations teams to address billing and account-related challenges.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer accounts within the CRM system.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and payment records.
• Promptly respond to inquiries regarding invoices, balances, and payment status.
• Support internal teams with updates and requests related to accounts.
• Assist the Customer Service Representative and Operations departments while promoting a healthy cash flow and positive customer experiences.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong high-speed internet connection.
• Good quality microphone/headset.
• Adequate camera for video calls.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of office software is necessary.
• Entry-level proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy; a typing test will be administered.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with clear pronunciation and effective conversational skills.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5), including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
• Willingness to work a rotating half-day Saturday shift (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST), approximately once a month or more as required.
• Must complete a background check and any necessary documentation within two weeks of the start date.
• Required to submit a 2–3 minute video recording or video link speaking in English.

• Must be capable of working remotely from Mexico City, Mexico.
