Accounts Receivable Officer – Dayshift, Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Initiate proactive communication with insurers regarding overdue invoices, confirm anticipated payment dates, and uncover reasons behind delays.

• Craft and send professional reminder emails while documenting interactions in insurer portals.

• Provide necessary supporting documentation upon request.

• Monitor insurer commitments to pay and promptly follow up on any missed payment deadlines.

• Elevate instances of repeated broken payment promises.

• Investigate and resolve basic invoice inquiries.

• Identify missing information that hinders payment processing.

• Forward complex disputes to internal teams and monitor their resolution progress.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with insurers to achieve payment resolutions and minimize overdue debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable or debt collection, particularly in pursuing overdue invoices.

• Excellent phone and email communication skills.

• Strong record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in investigating invoice queries, identifying missing documentation, and knowing when to escalate more complicated issues.

• Professional demeanor with a "confident yet respectful approach to debt collection" to foster strong relationships with insurers.

• Familiarity with Crunchwork, Xero, and Excel; training for Crunchwork will be provided.

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation features.

• Functional webcam.

• A computer with a minimum processor speed of 1.8 GHz and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time hours.
