This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, encompassing invoicing, credit notes, receipts, and payment distributions.
• Track and address customer billing inquiries promptly.
• Process customer payments utilizing various currencies and payment methods.
• Execute collection efforts, send payment reminders, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Supervise customer accounts for overdue payments and engage in proactive collection calls and emails.
• Generate monthly customer statements and carry out account reconciliations.
• Address billing discrepancies and issues in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Aid in cash flow forecasting and credit control activities.
• Contribute to month-end reporting, aging analysis, accrued revenue journals, and fulfill audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance accounts receivable processes and support automation efforts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, or a comparable finance support position.
• Practical experience with invoicing, collections, receipting, payment allocation, and reconciliations.
• Strong comprehension of accounts receivable processes and revenue recognition principles.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Xero, MYOB, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing collection calls and customer follow-ups.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset for resolving billing and account-related issues.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or rapidly growing business environment is highly valued.
• Readiness to work the designated AEST/AEDT schedule.
• Work from home capability.
• Monday to Friday schedule; weekends are off.
