Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of clinical trial receivables for final billing to pharmaceutical companies.

• Reconcile financial study data from Sarah Cannon across various sources.

• Review and analyze contracts and budgets.

• Collaborate with operations and other departments to address variances.

• Address information requests from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.

• Analyze contracted revenue triggers to assess eligibility for reimbursement.

• Consistently meet processing and reporting deadlines.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance within a medical, clinical trial research, or healthcare-related setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly with advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with financial accounting systems such as QuickBooks.

• Understanding of research techniques to assess and analyze financial data and information.

• Must be located in the US.
