This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data.
β’ Oversee the Accounts mailbox and address stakeholder inquiries.
β’ Handle accounts payable, process invoices, reimbursements, and supplier payments.
β’ Reconcile SimPRO purchase orders and work orders while managing project costing.
β’ Assist with month-end and year-end closings, audits, and tax obligations.
β’ Offer financial and administrative assistance.
β’ Generate variance reports and commercial insights for management's review.
β’ Adhere to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including relevant information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
β’ Manage all CIS returns while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
β’ Continuously assess and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to facilitate business growth.
β’ AAT qualified or currently pursuing, or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
β’ Certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related discipline.
β’ 1β2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction sector.
β’ Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Experience in a finance role within Construction, Manufacturing, Fit-Out, Engineering, Contracting, or a project-based setting is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with online accounting software such as Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
β’ Knowledge of Zoho Books and/or SimPRO is a plus.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of management accounting and financial controls.
β’ Trustworthy, discreet, and professional.
β’ Methodical and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
β’ Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and systems.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
β’ Proactive, hands-on, and capable of supporting finance, compliance, and administrative functions.
