This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements within a high-volume setting.
• Ensure precise account coding and allocate expenses to the appropriate departments/locations.
• Examine invoice discrepancies, address issues with internal teams and vendors, and guarantee timely approvals.
• Oversee discount opportunities and arrange vendor payments (ACH/checks) in alignment with weekly and monthly payment cycles.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements, ensuring that credits and outstanding memos are correctly applied.
• Assist with stop-payments, updates to vendor information, and corrections to purchase orders as necessary.
• Maintain precise accounting ledgers and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with the AP Manager, Accounting Manager, and Controller on ongoing process improvement initiatives and/or special projects.
• Provide coverage for team members during periods of PTO or emergencies.
• Safeguard confidential information and adhere to Veritas financial control standards.
• Report directly to the AP/Treasury Manager.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to analyze invoice data and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Proficiency in high-volume data entry.
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and general PC usage.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• 3-5 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
