This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately and efficiently process a large volume of invoices for electricity, gas, and LPG within the company’s platform.
• Oversee dedicated inboxes and upload invoices into the system for payment processing.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Address internal inquiries promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams, retailers, providers, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure systems, customer documentation, and supporting records are maintained accurately.
• Review and address outstanding debts and matters related to debt recovery.
• Request missing invoices and necessary data from retailers.
• Investigate and resolve disputes regarding billing charges.
• Reconcile and follow up on billing adjustments.
• Follow up on cases both internally and externally via email and phone.
• Submit precise scheduled weekly reports.
• Ensure tasks meet quality standards, daily performance metrics, and KPI objectives.
• Identify and escalate issues to senior team members or management as needed.
• Resolve assigned cases by their due dates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and provider information.
• Carry out other duties associated with the position as required.
• A minimum of 3–5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable support, billing administration, data entry, or a comparable role is required.
• Professional qualification certification or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in accounts payable is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices, billing information, and customer data is crucial.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to handle high workloads and meet deadlines, are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, retailers, providers, and other stakeholders are essential.
• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in identifying and resolving issues efficiently are required.
• A results-focused and goal-oriented work approach is essential.
• Experience in the electricity, gas, utilities, or related industries is preferred.
• Work from home.
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
