This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, credit notes, and account adjustments.
• Manage payment allocations, maintain customer accounts, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, confirming accuracy and appropriate approvals.
• Perform reconciliations of supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies in invoices.
• Handle employee expense claims and costs that can be charged to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts through phone calls and emails.
• Keep records of collections and payment commitments.
• Investigate disputed invoices and assist in resolving account issues.
• Conduct reconciliations for both customers and suppliers.
• Assist with month-end activities, including reporting, audits, and management of financial records.
• Address finance-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support daily finance operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or Finance Administration.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in facilities services, maintenance, commercial cleaning, or similar contract-based industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting practices, GST requirements, and month-end procedures.
• Experience managing multiple contracts, branches, or cost centres.
• Flexible work-from-home options.
• Daytime hours: 0700 AM–0400 PM PHT, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday; weekends off.
