Accounting Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate business objectives and devise customized software solutions utilizing the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite.

• Assist client organizations throughout comprehensive implementations, encompassing business process assessments, configuration, testing, data migration, and bespoke reporting.

• Provide application training and readiness evaluations to enhance software utilization and ensure customer success.

• Actively manage project risks and address implementation challenges.

• Achieve consistent targets for billable hours.

• Function as a strategic intermediary between Trimble and construction clients.

• Influence clients' digital transformation journeys and enhance business processes.

• Promote customer success and encourage product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, training, or technology.

• Over 3 years of experience in software implementation or consulting.

• Proficiency in the Accounting or Construction sectors.

• Demonstrated success in high-level customer support and strategic client management.

• Experience handling intricate implementation workflows.

• Skills in process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and engaging presentations.

• Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Previous experience with Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint, or TrimbleConstructionOne products is advantageous.

• Subject matter expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable is a plus.

• Experience in accounting data mapping and report generation is beneficial.

• Background in managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously and servicing strategic clients with over 100 employees is a bonus.
