Accounting & Reconciliation Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze weekly and monthly campaign performance metrics to ascertain amounts due

• Utilize campaign tracking systems to gather performance and payment data

• Reconcile anticipated payments with actual deposits and funds received

• Detect discrepancies between owed amounts and paid amounts, and monitor outstanding payments

• Keep precise records of payments, campaign information, and reconciliations

• Generate recurring reports and summaries utilizing financial and campaign metrics

• Employ spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and monitor payment details

• Acquire knowledge of and utilize marketing campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related field

• Background in reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

• Comfortable working with numerical and financial data with a high degree of accuracy

• Capability to identify and probe discrepancies between anticipated and actual payments

• Willingness to learn and navigate new software platforms

• Basic technical proficiency

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)

• Experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or comparable marketing tracking tools is advantageous
