Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute manual bookkeeping and accounting classification or import data from spreadsheets

• Reconcile various accounts

• Finalize financial statement closing procedures

• Examine and analyze financial statements

• Prepare and submit SPED ECD and ECF

• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide support

• Oversee profit distributions to partners

• Generate income reports

• Take charge of filing accounting declarations

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and trial balances

• Develop management controls and reports

• Request necessary documents from clients

• Collaborate with other departments for the accounting function

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the Domínio system and its automation features for Simples Nacional companies

• Background in an accounting firm

• Experience working with clients under the Simples Nacional tax regime, including those with and without the R Factor

• If graduated, an active CRC registration is mandatory

• Proficient in Excel

• Strong communication skills

• Aspiration for professional development

• Degree in or currently pursuing Accounting (preferred)

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience with SPED ECD and ECF

• Knowledge of Onvio, Sieg, and Windows systems

• Understanding of integrating other departments with Accounting

• Availability for full-time work

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
