This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage documentation for essential processes that support quarterly reporting and analysis.
• Provide assistance with daily accounting operations.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
• Support the month-end and quarterly closing processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations team members on routine departmental activities.
• Engage in internship learning and development initiatives, including networking, leader discussions, career guidance, presentations, final presentations, and community service.
• Operate during Central or Eastern Time business hours.
• Be prepared for occasional travel to corporate offices if necessary.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Must be a rising junior or senior, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week over 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, VBA, Denodo, or the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.
• Preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern US time zone, or those willing to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
• Must currently hold unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• This position does not offer work visa sponsorship for current or future full-time roles.
• Prior internship experience is preferred.
• Experience balancing education with a part-time job during the academic year is preferred.
• Involvement in university clubs is preferred.
