Accounting Manager – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the month-end closing process and manage accounting operations

• Handle accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, and generate financial reports

• Evaluate transactions from platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop

• Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports

• Implement process enhancements and automation projects

• Lead and mentor members of the accounting team

• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience

• Prior leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar role)

• Must possess strong e-commerce accounting experience

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query)

• Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English
