This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Rillet accounting ERP, ensuring seamless integrations, accurate automatic system entries, and maintaining data integrity.
• Handle Ramp transactions and employee reimbursements, ensuring precise coding and synchronization with the ERP.
• Manage the accounts payable process by communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders, processing invoices punctually, collecting and storing W9 forms, and issuing 1099s as required.
• Oversee balance sheet schedules, including prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities, and fixed assets.
• Review payroll entries from Rippling, confirm allocations, and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record accounts receivable payments and reconcile any outstanding balances.
• Execute monthly flux analysis.
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns.
• Assist in supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance throughout the organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as the role develops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of practical accounting experience.
• Proficient in working with ERP systems and expense management platforms.
• Experience with Ramp is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards and essential accounting practices.
• Capable of managing ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative without guidance.
