Accounting Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Perform customer research to identify, assess, and confirm contact information.

• Assist with Collections-related initiatives by conducting analysis, creating documentation, and tracking progress.

• Contribute to Service Suspension and Reconnection processes.

• Work collaboratively with teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

• Utilize digital tools to conduct research and manage data.

• Acquire practical experience in a global business setting through involvement in customer research, data analysis, and operational activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student in the final year of a Technical High School program focused on Accounting or Finance in Costa Rica.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level, both in writing and speaking.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Enthusiasm for technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data analysis.

• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.

• A curious approach and a strong desire to learn.

• No relocation support is available.
