Accounting Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of peripheral products within the Domínio system.

• Configure the system to ensure alignment with each client's tax and labor requirements.

• Conduct client training sessions to maximize their use of the tool in daily operations.

• Identify and assist in resolving operational queries and business-rule challenges throughout the implementation project.

• Provide technical support and training during the implementation phase.

• Integrate the software with each client's unique accounting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in system implementation.

• Capable of teaching and communicating effectively with diverse audiences, clearly explaining technical subjects.

• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.

• Enthusiasm for technology and innovation within the accounting field.

• Proactive, self-driven, and focused on solutions.

• Strong desire to tackle challenges, enhance processes, and assist others.

• Certification in ERP tools or accounting management software is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Domínio system is a plus.

• Experience in system integrations and APIs is a plus.

• Background in providing remote and on-site technical support is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to customize the system to fit each client's specific workflows is a plus.
